Clinical Toxicology and Emergency Medicine Fellowship
The 24-month program based at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix (B-UMCP) is designed to engage the fellow with in-depth and practical experiential training in clinical toxicology, emergency medicine, pediatrics, critical care, addiction medicine, and pharmacogenomics. The fellow will develop the expertise to skillfully understand a wide spectrum of complex toxicologic emergencies and address the evidence-based therapeutic interventions necessary for a successful outcome. Practice sites include B-UMCP and Phoenix Children's Hospital (PCH) This is accomplished through daily patient rounds and bed-side interactions, staff education, and collaborative interdisciplinary therapeutic management.
