Two-year academic based fellowship sponsored by Wayne State University Anti-Infective Research Laboratory under the mentorship of Michael J. Rybak, PharmD, MPH, Ph.D. (Director). Three tracks Available: Track # 1 Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics modeling, advanced didactic coursework, laboratory training including microbiological & instrument training, practical experience in clinical research. Track # 2 ID Health Outcomes, applied health epidemiology and outcomes assessment training and practical experience in clinical research including antimicrobial stewardship. Track # 3 Combination PK/PD-Lab &ID Health Outcomes. All tracts involve advanced didactic coursework including biostatistics, epidemiology (Public Health certificate and MPH tracks available, tuition paid) and experience in student clinical training and classroom lectures.

Pharm.D. with residency PGY-1 or PGY-2 or post-graduate equivalent clinical experience, or Ph.D.
