The Oncology Infusion Pharmacists provide pharmacy services as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, appropriate, effective, and quality patient-centered care to patients who present to the oncology service line. The Oncology Infusion pharmacist provides a wide variety of services including process/verify adult chemotherapy treatment and supportive care orders, review patient medication therapies, serve as a drug information resource for providers, nurses, fellow pharmacists, and other healthcare providers, interview and counsel patient and/or families regarding safe and effective medication use, detect and document adverse drug reactions, clinical interventions and medication errors, and apply appropriate pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics principles to provide optional drug therapy recommendations to name a few. The Oncology Infusion pharmacist will also engage with student and resident learners, staff both acute care and ambulatory service areas, and assist with quality improvement projects and research.
As a member of the Oncology Infusion Clinical Pharmacy team this individual will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the oncology pharmacy space and all associated areas (e.g. Outpatient & Inpatient Oncology, Medical Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, & Ambulatory Infusion) including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation.

Job Summary
Emergency Medicine pharmacists are responsible for providing safe, effective, and quality patient-centered care to patients who present to the ED. The EM Pharmacist provides a wide variety of services including process/verify adult and pediatric medications orders, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, attend all adult and pediatric emergent activations (Trauma, Stroke, STEMI, Code blue, RSI, Procedural Sedations), participate in bedside compounding, and assist with toxicology management to name a few. The EM pharmacist will also participate in student and resident teaching, serve as a committee member, and assist with quality improvement projects and research.
As a member of the Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy team this individual will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the ED and all associated areas (eg. Pediatrics, Trauma, Urgent Care) including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation.
