UF Health Shands Hospital Pharmacy Department is seeking a 340B Program Coordinator for a large multi-site program including infusion center, mixed use settings, and retail pharmacies. The coordinator is responsible for being the primary coordinator of the program and liaison for 340B-related matters. The position serves as the hospital’s compliance expert on 340B details, policies, and procedures. The coordinator will provide oversight and leadership from the department of pharmacy for the 340B Program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 340B Program oversight
• Policy development and education
• Auditing and reporting
• Program enhancement and optimization
• Split-billing software maintenance
