Clinical pharmacists at NCI designated IU Health Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center in Indianapolis are embedded in the care team and service. The team member will provide complete medication services for both oral & infusion anti-cancer therapies including patient/staff education, optimization of drug therapy by identifying/resolving/preventing drug-related problems, and completion of medication-use evaluations. Available positions include rotating inpatient/outpatient hematology/BMT, rotating inpatient/outpatient medical oncology, and outpatient medical oncology.
Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist.
Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency is preferred
