Indiana University Health Adult Academic Health Center (IUH AAHC), Department of Pharmacy is recruiting a clinical pharmacist to join our inpatient medical/surgical team. The team member will provide decentralized comprehensive clinical care to patients with severe or complex illnesses. The team member will monitor and intervene on drug therapy to improve patient outcomes, including addressing dosing consults and participating in multi-disciplinary rounds. The successful candidate is highly motivated, resourceful, and has outstanding leadership and communication skills.
PharmD and completion PGY1 Pharmacy Residency OR equivalent experience in acute care; board certification in pharmacotherapy, preferred
