My client, a progressive health system with a well-established pharmacy residency program, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Manager with a strong clinical background to join their leadership team as the head of their clinical pharmacy services and Residency Program Director. The position offers a stable work environment with plenty of room for professional growth. As an example, their current Clinical Pharmacy Manager is not leaving them but transitioning into another newly created position. Turnover here is very limited which speaks to the quality culture that has been established.

Qualified candidates will have, at minimum, a PGY1 Residency with a solid foundation in clinical hospital pharmacy work to include some formal leadership experience outside of residency training. A current TX license is preferred but not required at the time of application.
