Overview
St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician to join our Specialty Pharmacy team!
**SIGNING BONUS!!**
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No Weekends - No Holidays!
What will I do as a Specialty Pharmacy Tech? The Specialty Pharmacy Technician supports pharmacy services in specialty practice areas (such as Cancer, Hepatitis C, Immunology, Neurology, or some other specialty practice area), pharmacists, and care teams located in various physical locations.
Primarily, this position will need to navigate and support the retail operations of the Specialty Pharmacy and excel in coordination with various aspects of health care to maintain the level of concierge service associated.
You'll provide integrated support to patients and the clinic care team in a 'hands-on" approach to total quality patient care, working closely with patients to deliver a full continuum of medication adherence, fulfillment, and financial support.
Always preserving patient choice and preference, you will encourage providers and patients of specialty clinics to utilize our SLHS Specialty pharmacy to fully benefit from its superior and increasing array of patient care services.

What qualifies me for this position? At a minimum, you need a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License. We'd LOVE it if you have more than two (2) years' experience, have your Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credentials, and are working in or have worked in a Specialty Pharamcy before!
You should also have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a professional presentation, and a desire or ability to be innovative and creative.
You must be a quick learner who is able to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.
