Le Bonheur Children's Hospital is seeking clinical pharmacists with experience in both the general and critical care pediatric population.
Pharmacist will provide clinical services including pharmacokinetic drug monitoring, anticoagulation, pain and sedation management, and drug information.
Pharmacist is responsible for operational activities including order verification, technician supervision, and medication dispensing.
Pharmacist covering critical area responds to codes, ECMO activations, and may support the emergency department in the event of multiple traumas.
Positions are available in both the centralized pharmacy covering our general pediatric patients and in the pediatric critical care satellite covering our PICU, NICU, and CVICU patients. Schedule is 7 on/7 off overnights, 2100-0700, Wednesday - Tuesday.
