The Pharmacist's role is to dispense, compound, label, store, and ensure the proper use of pharmaceutical preparations, contribute to the efficient operation of the department, direct the Pharmacy Technicians and advance the goals of Norton Healthcare. The Pharmacist uses the principles of pharmaceutical care to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes for individual patients.
