Department Overview This position is expected to develop, enhance, implement, and provide direction for their clinical pharmacy service and initiatives.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee supervision, education and training of staff, residents, interns, and students, providing leadership and service line development, involvement in quality assessment and process improvement, and serving as a clinical role model (~60%).
