The Pharmacy Technician at the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center is certified, highly specialized, and is responsible for performing all assigned inpatient pharmacy or outpatient pharmacy duties. At least 25% of their time will be used to carry out duties that require a higher level of responsibility for specialized areas of pharmacy and are expected to independently carry out assigned tasks of considerable difficulty. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
