Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Participates in Epic order Verification, prepares and delivers medications and information to physicians, nurses, and patients within the hospital. Supervises technical staff in all phases of their duties. Checks all orders, IV admixtures, repackaging of medications, etc. Provide daily pharmaceutical care to patients through prevention, adverse drug reaction management, pharmacokinetic consults and monitoring.
