The System Operational Manager will collaborate with the Lead Site Pharmacist at Bon Secours Community Hospital and St. Anthony Community Hospital to supervise the pharmacists and technicians to assure safe, efficient, appropriate, and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services including Good Samaritan Hospital pharmacy. The System Operational Manager will assist the System Director of Charity Pharmacy Services in developing competency assessment programs that ensure all pharmacy staff performs all duties and responsibilities with utmost efficiency and safety; as well as complies with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards of the Bon Secours Charity Hospitals.
