Clinical Pharmacy Manager   Conducts drug utilization reviews, oversees drug review criteria for medical staff review and approval; Identify clinical programs and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of department clinical services to include process improvement programs. Develops clinical pharmacists with regard to communication, problem solving, negotiating skills and clinical development. Collaborate with Director of Pharmacy, Operations Manager, Informatics Pharmacist, Medication Safety Officer and others to ensure department needs are met and departmental goals are achieved.
