On site position. This position will be responsible for supporting oncology clinical pharmacy services on an academic teaching service primarily focusing on lymphoma and medical oncology patients. This position will work closely with their outpatient counterpart to ensure smooth transitions of care for these patients. Clinical Pharmacists are aligned with assigned patient population, medical team, or designated specialty area within the hospital and/or ambulatory clinics.  Provide active participation in related education and research activities. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy. PharmD or equivalent education and hospital or ambulatory traini
