Position Information:
The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services safely accurately and timely by reviewing physician's orders dispensing drugs providing clinical pharmacotherapy services and providing drug information to other health professionals according to established procedures.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical - Pharmacist Preferred - And/Or 1 Year Fellowship/Internship/Residency - Related Area Preferred

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Doctorate Pharmacy Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Required

Hours of Work:
Monday through Sunday 2pm-10:30pm

Weekend Requirements:
Every Third

Call Requirements:
On-call as needed
