The ASHP accredited PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency at Texas Children’s Hospital is designated to develop knowledge, skills, attitudes, and abilities needed for success in pharmacy practice and health-system pharmacy administration. Residents will have the opportunity to function independently as valued members of patient care teams. Residents will gain leadership experience by integrating knowledge and experience in operations and clinical services.
