Clinical Pharmacy Specialists in the ambulatory setting work with a multidisciplinary team of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and affiliate staff to implement the highest quality of care for our patients. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients on the disease related oncology team and will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and pharmacists to provide comprehensive patient care for outpatients. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will also be responsible for counseling patients starting new intravenous and/or oral antineoplastics; performi
