The PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency program is designed to provide the resident advanced training in primary and specialty ambulatory care settings. The resident shall be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team, be an educator of healthcare professionals and patients, be able to perform practice-related research, and be leaders in pharmacy service development and improvement. Required practice experiences include internal medicine, transitions of care, endocrinology, neurology, and internal medicine- precepting. Additional elective experiences will be scheduled to meet the resident’s interests.
