This ASHP-Accredited PGY-2 residency program in Solid Organ Transplantation is designed to develop a well-rounded clinical pharmacist with specialized clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy in many areas within adult solid organ transplantation. The resident will practice as an integral member of the transplant team providing pharmaceutical care for transplant patients in all phases of transplant, including evaluation, pre-, peri-and post-transplant. The resident is embedded in both the hospital inpatient units and well-established comprehensive ambulatory transplant clinics.
