Ascension Borgess is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Clinical Coordinator, who will be responsible for the coordination of clinical pharmacy services, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship activities, including implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of services and initiatives.
