PGY-2 Oncology Residency Program
The residents in the UW Health PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency will participate as a member of the hematology/oncology team at UW Health and the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center. The UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center is the only National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center in Wisconsin. In our ASHP accredited PGY-2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program, the resident will: Practice in both inpatient and ambulatory settings Participate in academic and preceptor programs through the UW–Madison School of Pharmacy Complete a longitudinal project suitable for publication Experience rotations tailored to the resident’s interests and needs while also meeting ASHP standards Practice settings at UW Healt
