Program OverviewThe Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management Residency Program (PGY2) is a 12-month program located at the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The residency is currently in pre-candidate status with ASHP with plans to pursue accreditation after graduation of the first resident. This program prepares the resident to become an advanced practice pharmacist through a broad range of learning experiences in areas of hemostasis and anticoagulation stewardship. At the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center, we balance the latest in technology and treatments with patient-centered care.
