PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy (1 PGY2 resident, 1 combined PGY1/PGY2 resident) This year we are offering a PGY2 spot as well as a combined PGY1/2 spot. The UH Cleveland Medical Center PGY1/PGY2 residency in medication use safety and policy is a two-year postgraduate training program designed to transition our PGY1 residency graduate (please visit our website for more information about the PGY1 year) to a specialized practitioner that meets the needs of system wide management of the medication-use system at a large health system.
