Mission StatementProvidence St. Peter Family Medicine pharmacy residency is committed to excellence in patient-centered care and advancement of pharmacy practice. Purpose StatementThe purpose of Providence St. Peter Family Medicine Residency program is to train pharmacists who specialize in provision of primary care services within an interdisciplinary team while advancing patient-centered care through quality improvement, practice based leadership, and education of the health care team. This residency prepares pharmacists to pursue a career as an ambulatory care pharmacist in roles where initiation and expansion of services are needed, and pharmacy leadership and education are desired.
