The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of chemotherapy services in the inpatient and outpatient settings. This pharmacist will coordinate the oncology service according to the most recent guidelines and recommendations published in pharmacy and medical literature.
