Hematology-Oncology Pharmacist [Geisinger]
Geisinger Pharmacy is seeking clinical pharmacists for positions in our hematology and oncology practices. In our inpatient settings, pharmacists play a crucial role in medication management and are key members of the interdisciplinary care team. They work under various protocols to assist with pharmacokinetic management, antimicrobial stewardship, and anticoagulation management. For our ambulatory and oral chemotherapy services, pharmacists collaborate with physicians across the system to manage patient medication needs. They also work closely with pharmacists from Geisinger Health Plan, Geisinger Pharmacies, and Geisinger Specialty Pharmacy to coordinate and optimize patient care. The
