The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care. Clinical Pharmacist I interprets, reviews and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted. The Clinical Pharmacist I provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes. Estimated pay range for this position is $52.33 - $68.03 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Registered Pharmacist Additional Qualifications: Bachelor of Science required. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred. Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
