PGY2 Residency - Psychiatric
The Virginia Commonwealth University Health System (VCUHS) PGY2 Psychiatric Residency provides clinical practice opportunities at VCU Health and psychiatry practice sites of VCU Medical Center. Inpatient experiences are with the Affective Disorders, Schizophrenia, Medical Psychiatry, Childhood/Adolescent Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Neurology services. Elective experiences are available in Substance Abuse, Toxicology and other acute care services. Ambulatory experiences are available with psychiatry, geriatric/medical home, substance abuse and pain clinics. The resident participates in the didactic and APPE teaching of Doctor of Pharmacy students at VCU School of Pharmacy.
