The clinical pharmacy coordinator is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care with a specific focus on cell and gene therapy to patients managed in both our inpatient and ambulatory clinics at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  The specialist will be expected to act as a liaison to the Cell Therapy Team and both assist in coordinating the onboarding of new therapies, provide clinical management of our ambulatory patients.  Activities include evaluating, monitoring and modifying drug/cell therapy, providing recommendations to optimize patient outcomes, providing patients with new medication education, minimizing safety issues and ensuring cost effectiveness, and providing drug information for medical personnel.  The pharmacy coordinator will provide subj
