This position will work with the ID physicians in the Bluegrass Care Clinic (BCC) by counseling patients and physicians on drug information, drug-taking instructions, side effects, the importance of adherence and strategies for coping with complex medication regimens. This position will serve as a pharmacist leader in Cabenuva® management. This position will serve as a liaison between the BCC and the outpatient pharmacy and will oversee the BCC medication formulary.
