Job Summary: The Associate Director of Pharmacy Services provides strategic oversight and leadership for pharmacy services across inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, and specialty areas. There will be multiple Associate Directors, each focusing on distinct responsibilities. This role works closely with the Director of Pharmacy Services and other network Pharmacy leaders to ensure that the department is optimized for quality, safety, and efficiency. The Associate Director collaborates with interdepartmental leadership to align Pharmacy services with network-wide goals, assists with financial and process improvement efforts, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. This position also serves as a mentor to pharmacy managers and staf
