340B Program Compliance Analyst - Pharmacy Services
Health Enterprises Pharmacy Services (HEPS) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 340B Program Compliance Analyst to join our expanding team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work from home and includes a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive 340B Program compliance audits for our client hospitals, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, guidelines, and policies. Audit patient records in EHR to verify all 340B transactions meet 340B eligibility requirements. Generate and analyze data from 340B TPA software as part of the audit process. Review clients 340B policy and procedures to ensure client is able to meet all requirements
