The Pharmacy Technician (Outpatient) shall perform the following non-judgmental duties involved in working in a retail environment under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist: obtaining patient information specific to creating an electronic patient profile, obtain prescription insurance information and accurately enter it in the pharmacy system, check that information on a prescription is complete and legible at the time of drop-off, retrieve the correct medication from inventory, stock/order/update inventory according to established process, prepare medical insurance claims, direct clinical patient questions to the pharmacist for consultation, properly and accurately ring out the patient, inform Pharmacist whe
