The clinical pharmacist is responsible for demonstrating clinical and operational knowledge and expertise as it relates to assessment, treatment, and care of Progressive/Stepdown patients at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The clinical pharmacist will be expected to implement and maintain clinical rounding services. The clinical pharmacist will also complete medication orders and target medication dosing consults for their designated teams.
