The Ambulatory/Retail Telehealth Clinical Pharmacist will support outpatient pharmacy services. This role focuses on conducting medication management telehealth encounters to enhance access to care, optimize therapeutic outcomes, and ensure safe and effective medication use. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care and skilled in reviewing and managing complex medication regimens. Strong clinical skills; knowledge of inpatient drug distribution and dispensing; ability to prioritize; excellent communication skills; a “team” mentality; desire to teach; and motivation are required to excel in this position. Day shift, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with some holiday requirements. Hours and days of the week are subject to change based on the needs
