This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to impact care within a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system dedicated solely to children's health, with a strong commitment to innovation, safety, and employee stability.
In this position, you'll ensure compliance with USP 795/797/800 and lead quality and workflow improvements in non-sterile production. Candidates must have at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience (preferably in non-sterile operations) and 2 years of supervisory experience or a PGY-2 residency in pharmacy administration. A current Florida license is preferred at time of application but may consider those in process as well.
