Clinical Decentralized Pharmacist - Acute Care
Decentralized Clinical Pharmacist, Pediatrics: The Division of Pharmacy of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) is seeking a clinical and staffing pharmacist. The position is split between rounding with a general pediatrics team (approximately 80%) and staffing in the central pharmacy (approximately 20%). Weekend staffing is every third weekend in a central pharmacy shift. Other responsibilities include code response, drug use evaluation and performance improvement related to the patient populations covered. Involvement in student precepting is encouraged.
