Join a top-performing, not-for-profit health system in northeastern Indiana as an Acute Care Clinical Pharmacist. This 7on/7off role (primarily days) offers a balanced blend of clinical and operational responsibilities in a dynamic acute care environment. You'll provide direct pharmaceutical care through interdisciplinary rounding, consult services, and medication optimization--the majority of your time--while also supporting distribution functions. You'll also be expected to float between two hospital campuses located just a few miles apart, both part of a nationally recognized health network.
