DescriptionSummary:All pharmacists fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information. Pharmacists provide pharmacy services with compassion, excellence, and efficiency.Responsibilities:Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Operational Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares and dispenses drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.Interprets drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribes/verifies into computerized patient medication record accurately. Maintains, accurate, complete patient drug record.Compounds and dispe
