Job Description Review patient profiles to assure safe and effective medication therapy Responsible for dispensing of medications, monitoring and reporting drug safety based on current clinical and institutional guidelines, as well as patient-specific criteria Oversees technician practice/activities as per regulatory requirements. Responsible for mediation storage and documentation Actively participates in clinical services (e.g., stewardships, cost-effective, patient experience) Adheres to safety requirements in the handling and preparation of sterile and non-sterile medication
