Intermountain Health in Salt Lake City, Utah is excited to be hiring an abdominal transplant pharmacist. Come join a team of four other abdominal transplant pharmacists and a PGY2 Transplant Pharmacist Resident. Intermountain Health is a growing transplant program and has celebrated record-breaking transplant volumes for six consecutive years. Our transplant volumes in 2024 included 189 liver transplants and 271 kidney and pancreas transplants. 2025 transplant numbers are set to equal or exceed the past year.
The position consists of the following:
Both inpatient and outpatient clinical care of liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants with a rotating model so you can stay up to date on the care of multiple transplant types
Shifts are Monday through Friday, with one weekend every 7 weeks and 1-2 holidays a year covering the inpatient clinical transplant service
Caring team of transplant professionals who work in a multidisciplinary, team-focused environment

Minimum Qualifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
PGY-2 transplant residency or equivalent
Experience with solid organ transplant (Kidney and or Liver)
