A current California registered pharmacist license
Knowledge of current pharmacological/bio-pharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease states and the ability to relate information to a medical management
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and preparation of sterile IV products and chemotherapeutic agents as well as emergency medication and drug monitoring
The ability to extract pertinent information from patients/other sources and the aptitude to teach and evaluate is desired
Successful completion of a clinical pharmacy residency is preferred
