• A current California registered pharmacist license
• Knowledge of current pharmacological/bio-pharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease states and the ability to relate information to a medical management
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and preparation of sterile IV products and chemotherapeutic agents as well as emergency medication and drug monitoring
• The ability to extract pertinent information from patients/other sources and the aptitude to teach and evaluate is desired
• Successful completion of a clinical pharmacy residency is preferred
