Required Work Experience: PGY2 residency or PGY1 residency/fellowship plus one (1) year of clinical experience in a specialty area or PGY1 residency/fellowship plus active board certification. Alternatively, active board certification plus three (3) years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
Summary: Coordinates and provides clinical pharmacy services to patients and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Provides leadership and oversight to pharmacy technicians and other support staff for the distribution, dispensing and compounding of sterile and non-sterile medications and related supplies in compliance with accreditation, legal, regulatory and safety requirements.

The Pharmacy Department consists of approximately 100 pharmacist staff and 100 non-pharmacist staff. It provides fully decentralized clinical and specialist services throughout the facility. The department is actively involved in multidisciplinary patient care, as well as facility- and district-wide committees.
