POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Johnson & Johnson. Program emphasis is in Global Commercial Insights, Neuroscience. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity within the Global Commercial Intelligence team as well as market research and forecasting at Johnson & Johnson. The Fellow will gain experience in curating strategies for assets from early development to market launch. This is accomplished through understanding competitor strategies, clinical development tactics, and commercialization choices. This role entails collaborating closely with various teams including but not limited to Research & Development (R&D), strategic marketing, market access, medical affairs, and other regional business partners. University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. Initial offers will not be made until December 12th, the AIFA (Alliance of Industry Fellowship Associates) consensus date for first offers.
