Purdue University is offering a one year fellowship in public health and academia. The fellow will gain experience in county health departments in rural counties in Indiana and assist county health officials with their health initiatives. This may include serving as a practitioner for public health services, as well as program design, implementation, and evaluation. The fellow also will be involved in didactic teaching at Purdue University and precept students completing their advance practice rotation experiences. In addition, the fellow will have multiple opportunities to conduct collaborative research.
