The UK HealthCare PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) Residency is an ASHP-accredited program that encompasses a two-year experience combining the well-rounded clinical experiences of the PGY1 Pharmacy residency program with management and leadership experiences during the second year. Residents in the program also pursue a Master of Science degree from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy allowing for collaboration with residents from other leading institutions.
