The Pediatric ICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will serve as a leader within the pharmacy division and work closely with multiple pharmacists, providers, nurses, and other staff. They will be responsible for covering the PICU (approx. 50 beds). Clinical Pharmacy Specialists also provide administrative support to the division and participate in various department and hospital wide committees. This includes creation and review of policies, procedures, and guidelines within their specialty area, oversight of formulary management, and assistance in training of clinical staff and leaders including competency assessments.
