PGY1 & PGY2 Combined Residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership
This program combines a 12-month PGY1 pharmacy practice residency with a 12-month PGY2 residency in health-system administration. In year one, the resident participates in and is responsible for all of the requirements of the accredited Tufts Medicine Tufts Medical Center PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. In year two, this PGY2 pharmacy residency program builds upon PGY1 residency graduates’ competence in the delivery of patient-centered care and in pharmacy operational services to prepare residents who can assume high level managerial, supervisory, and leadership responsibilities.
